Sometimes I Miss You Just Because I Miss You

不知道為什麼姬路的飯店特別貴，單人房一個晚上竟然都要￥5000左右。這間飯店是我在樂天上看到的，他有一個特別的plan，是一個晚上￥3450還含早餐，所以二話不說我就定下去了。

但是因為操作錯誤所以不小心我定成兩間單人房，隔天飯店就來信問我：

この度は、ご予約いただきまして誠に有難うございます。
同名義にてご予約を受けたのですが、ツインルームは2名様1室のご利用でよろしいのでしょうか？
もし2名様1室をご利用ですと、料金が変わってしまいますので、
今一度、ご予約のご確認の上、
ホテルアベスト姫路までご連絡頂戴できますでしょうか？

雖然我看不到太懂，不過猜的到意思大概是因為我定了兩間單人房，他應該是要問我要不要改成一間雙人房吧？我請小施幫我看，意思跟我理解到的差不了多少。於是我趕快到樂天把其中一間取消掉，沒過多久我就收到這封信：

先ほど、1件キャンセルを受付ましたが、
もう1件のご予約は、1名様のご利用でよろしいでしょうか？
何度も申し訳ありませんが、今一度
ご確認くださいませ。

我想他應該是要確認我定的是一間單人房吧？所以我就回信給他：

Hi, ホテルアベスト姫路,

Because I can only read Japanese a little and can not write Japanese letter, I reply in English.

Yesterday I had wrong operation so that I make resevation for 2 single room.
Thanks for your remind and I cancle a single room reservation.
I only want to make a reservation for 1 single room reservation on 2009/11/20.


Correct reservation as follow:
ホテルアベスト姫路 2009/11/20 1 single room (non-smoking)

我覺得我要表達的應該蠻清楚的，就是我只要定一間單人房。隔天早上，飯店回信給我：

Good morning.

Is the twin room good by cancellation entirely?
And is it good by one room reservation in a single room?


雖然他的英文很怪，不過看起來應該是知道我要表達什麼了，我回了他：

Hi, ホテルアベスト姫路,

Yes, it is good to cancle the twin rooom reservatioin.
And it is good to make a reservation for one single room.

結果沒想到他回我的時候讓我很疑惑：

I understood it.

Are you all right here?
Rate 1 is all right to day, 5,500 yen here.I understood it.

首先是那個"Are you all right here?"，這句我真的猜不到他要說什麼了....但是最讓我錯愕的還是最後的價錢，在樂天上面是定到￥3450，怎麼現在變成￥5500了！！這件事情非同小可，貴了兩千多耶！所以我把樂天寄給我的確認信附上去，並且回信給他：

Hi,

I choose a plan on 楽天 website.
And the reservation data is 3450 yen per night, not 5500 yen.
Is there anything wrong ?

I attach reservation detail data in attachment, please help check it.


這次我等了兩天才等到回信，等到我都想去樂天問說是怎麼回事了，結果收到飯店的回信是這樣：

I am sorry that an answer is late very much.
A reservation plan of 3,450 yen is a price when I used one room with two people.
Perhaps it seems that I make reservations, and Chan inputs by one, and it may have been it to such a price.

Because I very am sorry, but there is usually others plan alone in price 5,500 yen or a Rakuten website when is at anchor; at a price of that place is stayed.

雖然還是看不太懂他在寫什麼，不過我猜他是說網站上的輸入有錯，￥3450應該是雙人房中的一個人價錢，而不是單人房的價錢。然後他說他們只能提供￥5500的單人房，最後的那個"a Rakuten website when is at anchor"這個我就完全看不懂了，反正我看他的意思就是沒有￥3450這個價位的啦！我也懶的跟他講，就回信請他把預約的detail寄給我：

今天收到回信：

hello.

In Rakuten website, there is a plan that "single room ￥5,000 yen are uniform" now.

By the plan, would you make reservations by the one use newly (on Friday) on November 20?
I cancel the room of the twin room in a Hotel side as soon as a new reservation reaches the hotel.


看起來他是告訴我說樂天上面現在有￥5000的plan，請我去樂天上面預約。不過我還是覺得很奇怪，你們網站自己出錯怎麼可以怪我...那不就好在我有先問清楚，不然到時候我拿著預約單過去，飯店還是要我付￥5500，那我怎麼辦阿？

考慮寄信去樂天抗議，然後，不管抗議成不成功，我都不想住這間了。
